[A]: Most design colors, length and shape may be altered and ordered via chat. 


[Q]: How long does NailKhandhi “last”?

[A]: The actual design can last for weeks if properly cared for while being worn. If not properly cared for they will last a few days . 

[Q]: Can I reuse NailKhandhi?

[A]: Yes! NailKhandhi may be worn several times before needing to be replaced as long as you follow the removal instructions step by step.

[A]: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal & more.

 

[Q]: Can I modify or cancel my order?

[A]: Because we want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

 

[Q]: How do I check on the status of my order?

[A]: Confirmations are sent via email automatically once an order and payment are received. You can also login to your account to check the status of your order thereafter. 

 

[Q]: How long will it take before my order is shipped?

[A]: Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. All sets are made to order.

[A]: We ship anywhere in the world using USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Priority Mail. This service allows us to offer fast standard delivery in 3-5 business days and express delivery in 1-3 business days depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our location in Fortson, Georgia. 

 

[Q]: How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

[A]: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. You may track your purchase using the tracking number here.
